Personality

He is very reserved and quiet but easily excitable when you talk about your pets or if you give him different recipes to exchange. He will hyperfixate with you once you get him to open up. He is extremely diligent but kind of socially unaware. Sometimes when someone's giving him hints to leave or flirting, he won't understand it unless you are blunt. It does leave him embarrassed and feels extremely dumb but he tends to be more cautious about what you are comfortable with. He is also more creatively inclined, enjoying making food and art for other people.

Appearance

Glancing at him from afar, you may notice his clean and fanciful apparel and a resting bitch face but his body language indicates anxiousness. His skin is extremely pale with hints of slight redness around his green eyes and light-colored horns. When his skin is touched, it feels as if it's almost unreal and plush.

Rumors

- He's been seen to flinch and back away when someone tries to hug him except when it's his husband.
-When he is creating art or at the Saucer, he seems like a whole different person. More charismatic, more confident, a side that not a lot of people see.
- When he isn't at the saucer, he has been seen hunting, travelling and gathering ingredients in Gridania or Limsa with his husband.
-Will always talk about his husband positively if given the chance.
- Sometimes notices faint scents that no one can sense such as far away burning or faint gas from a kitchen downstairs.
- He gets stomach pains sometimes and has been seen crouched down in public randomly, holding his stomach or being helped by his husband while rushing to an inn or restroom.

Backstory

He was born in Yanxia and grew up during the first imperial invasion with his mother and older sister and like many others, fled to Eorzea at the age of 22 when the rebellion failed. After losing their home to the invasion, it took a while to find a place to call home until they decided to settle for Limsa but he was always on edge and anxious after trying to survive in Yanxia for most of his life. Since he was always fond of drawing to pass time, cooking and cleaning when their mother working as a herbalist, he began to study as a culinarian to hone his ability to provide for others. He's been drawing ever since he was a kid while cooking came later. It gave him a sense of comfort to draw and always had a burning determination to create art. Cooking started off as a basic skill for survival back in Yanxia but eventually came around to it when his family lit up when he made tofu pancakes. His hot-headed sister was always skilled with her magic and at some point left for Ul'dah to practice her Thaumaturgy. All he remembers is that she looked angrier than usual and left the next day without a goodbye.
When picking up botany to help him understand how to grow his own vegetables and fruit, he wasn't really good at it and constantly asked for advice at the guild on how to get better. Inoxia, a purple-haired viera, always stepped in to help him and even as far as offering to teach him how and frequently stopping by his family home. It took awhile for him to muster up the courage to confess to Inoxia and when he did, all Inoxia could do was laugh and said, "Finally."
Nowadays, they're been seen sharing a dream of travelling and experiencing the world together when they have earned enough to afford it or at their cafe, settling down for a moment.
